Warranty

We build our gear to last. All metal hardware components on Northbound Supply Co. products are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. This includes:

• Buckles
• Zippers
• Clips
• D-rings

If any hardware component fails under normal use, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, for as long as you own the product.

All soft goods and materials used in our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes:

• Fabric and textile components
• Foam padding and cushioning
• Rubber grips and non-slip surfaces

If any material degrades prematurely under normal use within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the product.

Our warranty covers the following issues when they occur under normal, intended use:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Premature wear under normal use conditions
• Hardware failure (buckles, zippers, clips, D-rings)
• Stitching or seam failure under normal load

The following are not covered under our warranty:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
• Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, fading) that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with the following information:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue and how it occurred

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and reach out with next steps. If approved, we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Supplements and consumable products are not covered under our hardware or materials warranty. Instead, all supplements are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with a supplement purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our standard return policy eligibility requirements.
