Return Window

30 days from delivery

On all eligible physical products purchased from Northbound Supply Co.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact and included
  • All tags must be attached
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that have been used, altered, or are missing packaging or tags are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Returning an item is simple. Follow these three steps:

Contact support — Email us at [email protected] or call (833) 800-6394 with your order number and reason for return.

Receive your prepaid label — We will email you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Ship it back — Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. You can expect:

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days after we receive the item
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after inspection, refunded to your original payment method
  • Bank processing: Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit to your account

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variant? Contact our support team at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. We will confirm availability and provide instructions for returning the original item.

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead. Any price differences between exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital products — including training programs, downloadable guides, and e-books — are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues with a digital purchase, contact our support team and we will work to resolve the problem.
