Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay with your order.

The following delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the continental United States:

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier and destination.

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. If you have a PO Box address, please select USPS as your shipping method at checkout. Note that expedited and overnight options may not be available for PO Box deliveries.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.
