Return Window

30 days to return or exchange

From the date of delivery on all eligible physical products.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Items that have been used, altered, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale unless otherwise noted.

How to Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You can also use our contact form.

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or credit card provider
  • Partial refunds: Items returned in non-original condition or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on physical products for a different size, color, or variant of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for
  • We will confirm availability and provide return instructions
  • Your replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item

If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the returned product. Price differences between exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. We take quality seriously and want every order to arrive in perfect condition.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital products — including training programs, downloadable guides, and digital journals — are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link has been delivered.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions and program details carefully before purchasing digital products.
